SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, D Klein Design only ships orders within the United States and Canada.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept items for exchange or refund within 21 days of the order date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs. All returns must be insured and in the same condition as when they were received. Email info@DKleinJewelry.design if you have questions.

Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service at info@DKleinJewelry.design.

 

GUARANTEE

If you purchase any DKD jewelry that breaks during normal wear during the first 6 months from the date of purchase, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge.

If any jewelry purchased from DKD breaks due to mishandling, dropping, etc., we will attempt to repair it or replace the beads. There will, however, be a shipping charge, and other charges determined on an individual basis. Email us if you have any questions.

 

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for D Klein Design ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

  

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping (usually, the outer packaging will be damaged), please take photos of the packaging and the jewelry and send to info@DKleinJewelry.design.  We will provide a refund, or, if you wish, make another, similar piece of jewelry if possible.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Protect your jewelry by removing it when swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair and cleaning products, etc. Always wear rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

Polish pieces as needed – silver cleaner works for the sterling silver; gold/copper/bronze cleaner is fine for those metals.  Gently dip the jewelry in the appropriate liquid, rinse with cold or warm water quickly and gently dry with a soft towel or paper towel. 

Do not bang your jewelry or drop it on tile, concrete, or metal surfaces. If you use reasonable care with your jewelry, and store it in a box with the material it is shipped in, or bubble wrap to keep it safe, you should be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
